Work­ing field:

As Engage­ment Man­ager (Rus­sian speaker - m/f/d) you will be respons­ible for build­ing a pos­it­ive rela­tion­ship with cus­tom­ers before and after they have signed a con­tract. You will take own­er­ship in solv­ing any issue that a cus­tomer exper­i­ences on his jour­ney to suc­cess­fully com­plet­ing an order. Your tasks include:
  • Offer pre­par­a­tion and account man­age­ment for spe­cific account
  • Inside Sales resources super­vi­sion and that sales pro­cess is adhered to.
  • Ensur­ing a smooth cus­tomer jour­ney by coordin­at­ing and pri­or­it­iz­ing cus­tomer interest with Head of Depart­ments.
  • Pri­or­it­ize pro­ject related issues to prop­erly chan­nel them intern­ally.
  • Tak­ing full own­er­ship of cus­tom­ers’ issues in order to see them through.
  • Act­ing as the main point of con­tact for all back office and admin­is­trat­ive tasks related to open pro­jects and exist­ing cus­tomer orders or enquir­ies: ship­ping, invoicing, claims, war­ranty issues, etc.
  • Super­vising Sales Orders, Order Con­firm­a­tions and Down Pay­ment Requests.
  • Veri­fy­ing ship­ping doc­u­ment­a­tion and solv­ing ship­ping related issues.
  • Ensure the con­tract is car­ried out cor­rectly.
  • Design and deliver a pos­it­ive exper­i­ence for cli­ents, ensur­ing prompt engage­ment and internal resource avail­ab­il­ity.
  • Man­aging the cus­tom­ers’ expect­a­tions work­ing with the respect­ive teams to ensure cus­tomer sat­is­fac­tion.
  • Gath­er­ing cus­tomer feed­back and pri­or­it­iz­ing improve­ment areas.
  • Cre­at­ing reports on cus­tomer sat­is­fac­tion, con­tracts, claims, internal issues and oth­ers.


  • Suc­cess­fully com­pleted uni­versity degree in busi­ness man­age­ment, renew­able energy, elec­trical engin­eer­ing, or related field of stud­ies.
  • Exper­i­ence in Net­Suite One­World pre­ferred.
  • Flu­ency in Rus­sian and Eng­lish is a must.
  • At least 1 year of exper­i­ence in sales depart­ments.
  • Strong com­mu­nic­a­tion skills, able to help our cus­tom­ers and ask the right ques­tions where and when needed.
  • You like work­ing with oth­ers and have great team spirit.
  • You’re able to work struc­tured and accur­ate and you’re great with num­bers.
  • Flex­ib­il­ity on pro­cess changes and eager to develop new ways of work­ing
