We are look­ing for a Work­ing ​Stu­dent in HR & People Oper­a­tions (f/m/d).

Your Mis­sion

  • Sup­port­ing all of our HR pro­cesses, ran­ging from sign­ing con­tracts to vaca­tion and sick leave requests
  • Own­ing and man­aging our People Man­age­ment tools and reports and update them reg­u­larly
  • Pre­par­ing accur­ate gen­eral doc­u­ment­a­tion and sup­port­ing visa applic­a­tions and relo­ca­tion for our inter­na­tional employ­ees
  • Man­aging and coordin­at­ing employ­ees on- and off-board­ing pro­cesses
  • Ensur­ing that the end to end People Man­age­ment pro­cess sup­ports a pos­it­ive employee exper­i­ence at all times
  • Sup­port­ing pro­cessing monthly payroll for our employ­ees glob­ally together with our inter­na­tional payroll pro­viders
  • Sup­port­ing in the pro­cess of open­ing new entit­ies and offices abroad together with external account­ants, as well as employ­ment law experts
  • Updat­ing our brand-new employee hand­book

Per­spect­ives of Growth

We will ​intro­duce ​you to the field of Human Resources and onboard you so that you can start your adven­ture by ​tak­ing care of Oper­a­tions and Admin­is­tra­tion tasks. After ​you're done with your stud­ies, we look for­ward to your trans­ition to ​full-time employ­ment and to accom­pa­ny­ing and sup­port­ing your growth and career ​at Adsquare!

Requirements:

  • You are about to gradu­ate from a human­it­ies fac­ulty such as Cul­tural Stud­ies, Inter­cul­tural Man­age­ment, Psy­cho­logy, or sim­ilar stud­ies
  • You have excel­lent organ­iz­a­tional skills with atten­tion to detail and the abil­ity to pri­or­it­ize
  • You have a hands-on men­tal­ity and strong inter­per­sonal skills
  • You are a quick learner, always eager to know more
  • You have good Google Work­space and MS Office skills (espe­cially in MS Excel and Power­Point)
  • You are inter­ested in being part of a dynamic and inter­na­tional envir­on­ment
  • You are flu­ent in Eng­lish and Ger­man; another European lan­guage is a plus
