Junior Part­ner­ships & Busi­ness Devel­op­ment Man­ager (m/f/d)

Our Part­ner­ships and Busi­ness Devel­op­ment team works closely with lead­ing Private Equity funds and global Man­age­ment Con­sult­ing firms:
  • We sup­port Con­sumer-focused Private Equity funds with a pre-deal per­form­ance advert­ising due dili­gence and ongo­ing value cre­ation ser­vices in their eCo­m­merce port­fo­lio com­pan­ies
  • We part­ner with Man­age­ment Con­sult­ing firms in jointly solv­ing the most com­plex mar­ket­ing trans­form­a­tion chal­lenges for large retail­ers and brands

Working field:

  • You use a com­bin­a­tion of auto­ma­tion and your own skills to research and uncover new busi­ness oppor­tun­it­ies from a global pool of Private Equity funds and Man­age­ment Con­sult­ing firms
  • You own pro­spect­ing activ­it­ies into your account base for Private Equity funds and Man­age­ment Con­sult­ing firms
  • You develop and execute on a strong pro­spect­ing meth­od­o­logy, includ­ing audi­ence seg­ment­a­tion and per­son­al­ized mes­saging
  • You qual­ify inter­ested senior cli­ent stake­hold­ers and arrange appoint­ments
  • You fur­ther map out import­ant key accounts and derive the most effect­ive account expan­sion strategy
  • You track all qual­i­fic­a­tion and lead man­age­ment activ­ity using sales auto­ma­tion tools like Salesloft and Sales­force CRM
  • You work closely with the Part­ner­ships and Busi­ness Devel­op­ment team to con­cep­tu­al­ize pro­jects, improve pro­cess and rigor, and report­ing
  • You use social selling skills to con­nect with our pro­spect­ive cus­tom­ers via tra­di­tional social media as well as advanced con­tent syn­dic­a­tion strategies

Requirements:

  • You com­bine a strong interest in the Private Equity and Man­age­ment Con­sult­ing indus­tries with a pas­sion for digital growth, eCo­m­merce and online mar­ket­ing prac­tices, par­tic­u­larly search or bid­dable media
  • You bring first exper­i­ence in B2B enter­prise sales, ideally with a focus on online mar­ket­ing sales, Private Equity or Man­age­ment Con­sult­ing
  • You have an abil­ity to execute the core fun­da­ment­als of sales and audi­ence devel­op­ment, includ­ing social selling and email mar­ket­ing
  • You are exper­i­enced in using cre­at­ive tac­tics to reach exec­ut­ive man­age­ment decision makers
  • You are exper­i­enced with Sales­force.com or other sales CRM as well as sales auto­ma­tion tools like Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Nav­ig­ator
  • You bring strong organ­iz­a­tional skills and are able to work under pres­sure to tight dead­lines and on mul­tiple pro­jects at once
  • You are able to work inde­pend­ently to identify new areas of oppor­tun­ity and pro­cess improve­ment
