You will work clo­sely with the co-foun­ders and our Chief of Staff on the most pres­sing topics to build up Rex. Can­di­da­tes are expec­ted to bring an entre­pre­neu­rial mind­set, and to take end-to-end respon­si­bi­lity on a variety of topics across pro­duct, stra­tegy, and ope­ra­ti­ons.

Aufgabenbeschreibung:

Foun­ders’ right hand: You will work clo­sely with our foun­ders on set­ting up our core ope­ra­ti­ons and sca­ling the com­pany. You will be respon­si­ble for dif­fe­rent stra­te­gic topics with the over­ar­ching goal of fin­ding the best means for Rex to grow. With top talents being a prio­rity, you will also sup­port our Chief of Staff in the talent acqui­si­tion pro­cess.

Pro­duct and GTM: You will sup­port our pro­duct team in impro­ving both our ser­vice offe­ring and the custo­mer expe­ri­ence across touch points. You will assist in achie­ving our pro­duct road­map, defi­ning new pro­ces­ses, imple­men­ting custo­mer feed­back, and plan­ning our go-to-mar­ket stra­tegy.

Fund­rai­sing: You will direc­tly sup­port our CEO in con­ver­sa­ti­ons with inte­rested inves­tors to secure fun­ding and take a lea­ding role in e.g., pre­pa­ring pitch decks and finan­cial models.

M&A and Green­field growth: You will sup­port our COO to grow our prac­tice net­work via both M&A tran­sac­tions as well as buil­ding out new prac­tices from scratch. You will assist on the end-to-end pro­cess of sourcing prac­tices and get­ting them up and run­ning. You will sup­port on a variety of tasks such as iden­ti­fy­ing poten­tial tar­gets, dri­ving due dili­gence pro­ces­ses, and pre­pa­ring launch stra­te­gies.

Pro­ject manage­ment: Sup­port the over­all imple­men­ta­tion of our stra­te­gic road­map, e.g., deve­lop KPIs, drive our OKR (objec­tive and key results) pro­cess tog­e­ther with the C-Level team, take a lea­ding role in stra­te­gic initia­ti­ves mana­ging and dri­ving your own pro­jects.

Erwartete Qualifikationen:

You are cur­r­ently stu­dy­ing at a renow­ned uni­ver­sity or are pur­suing a gap year and have a a strong aca­de­mic track record (top 25% of class)

You already have first working expe­ri­ence in fast-gro­wing star­tups or other fast-paced envi­ron­ments (e.g., con­sul­ting, invest­ment ban­king, ven­ture capi­tal)

You have a strong ana­ly­ti­cal but simul­ta­ne­ously entre­pre­neu­rial mind­set

You have a hands-on men­ta­lity, as well as enthu­si­asm to build things up from scratch

Excel­lent writ­ten and spo­ken com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills in in Eng­lish (Ger­man is a plus)
