Support in the implementation of a new HR database (e.g. data migration, project administration)
Support in HR specific projects (e.g. employees survey, data entry, learning&development, information mapping)
Responsibility of general administrative tasks for the Career Management (e.g. ordering of medication, preparation and maintenance of database lists)
Use and maintenance of the personnel database, participation in meetings
Responsible for regular statistics updates and reports, process improvement suggestions
Perform specific tasks delegated by HR Field Unit.
Substitute for the student assistant in the recruitment area
Requirements:
Current matriculation (and at least 2 semesters of further studies)
First practical experience in administration or human resources
Good knowledge of MS-Office
Independent and reliable way of working
Good team and communication skills
Very good knowledge of English. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
Ideally experience in project management

Salary: 11.56€ per hour, plus 13th salary for employment of six months or more
