In our CRM team, you will touch on various topics. From design and content creation, the integration and operative usage of a CRM tool, to project management and testing processes.

We want you to get to know our players’ behavior and drive our CRM KPIs regarding engagement, retention, and monetization together with your team. We are offering valuable insights into different areas of online and in-game marketing. Take this opportunity to be part of one of the biggest and most successful game companies in Berlin!

Your tasks:

  • Support our CRM Team to enrich GameDuell’s relationship with our players across multiple mobile apps
  • Support our CRM team in managing and optimizing CRM lifecycle communication utilizing several different channels (e.g., push notifications, in-app messages, and inbox messages)
  • Take part with the CRM Managers in the planning, building, and measuring of the effectiveness of our Live-Ops campaigns
  • Use data analysis to run tests and optimize campaigns together with our CRM Managers
  • Help build new and appealing CRM content by applying your creativity
  • Work together with different teams across the company including product management, analytics, and art

Requirements:

What we expect:

  • You are currently enrolled as a student in Berlin or Brandenburg in business, marketing, communications, or other related studies
  • Availability for at least six months, 15 – 20 hours per week
  • A marketing mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Good analytical skills and a data-driven approach to support our CRM team in solving problems
  • Creative style and a hands-on mentality
  • Not afraid to take ownership and work independently on the operative tasks
  • Fluent in English – written and spoken. German would be a plus
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel)
  • Basic knowledge of online and mobile games is a plus
