  • Data entry and ensure data qua­lity
  • Create and main­tain trai­ning mate­ri­als and docu­men­ta­tion to increase CRM user adop­tion and docu­ment best prac­tices
  • Col­la­bo­rate across depart­ments to collect requi­re­ments & feed­back, and pro­pose solu­ti­ons
  • Assist in all points of the Book to Bill/Quote to Cash pro­cess
  • Trou­ble­shoot user issues and pro­vide sup­port
