Assistant (m/f) to CEO and Founders (Working Student)
You manage the daily operations for our founders and their executive team, including the management and preparation of meetings and presentations, as well as travel bookings, expenses, private tasks and much more;
Next to your daily routine, you manage strategic projects in close collaboration with our Founders, conduct research and work on exciting new business opportunities;
You ensure a smooth information flow between various stakeholders, the founders and the management board, as well as our investors;
You are currently completing your BSc or MSc degree in tech, business or human sciences;
You have already gained work experience in a dynamic and competitive environment;
You are the most organised person you know and you’re able to run a dozen things in parallel;
Entrepreneurial mindset: Creative, focused, and not easily discouraged;
Excellent analytical problem-solving skills, great humour and charming character;
Excellent communication (verbal and written English and German) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams;
You love what you do (and own it).
