Teraki is a Berlin based company offering software solutions for Internet of Things (IoT) sensor-data reduction. Based on our core technology, Teraki is offering a unique way to just send only relevant information from any sensor source, enabling to dramatically speed up the process. These are requirements for current state-of-the art automotive applications with software updates requiring the efficient low-latency handling of AI models.
Currently we have a positions for a Data Science intern in the video research. We are looking for an open-minded and proactive person to support our data science team on the improvement of current schemes based on AI based automatized learning.
Internship Video Data Science
State-of-art performance and reliability is crucial for novel automotive and autonomous driving related applications as being demonstrated at Teraki. Yet, in the context of edge analytics the use of AI processing schemes is restricted by large computational power and memory requirements. Development of such methods is crucial for implementation IoT and self-driving cars applications and Teraki stands at the forefront of their standardization. This internship involves helping and potentially leading the development of these schemes and testing them on available automotive industry datasets.
Enrolled student living in Berlin or willing to relocate and being available for 3 to 6 months of internship, further 6 months for master thesis
Help with the research and development of a new processing, optimization and analytics software
Develop new applications based on concrete automotive customer specifications
Design and develop complex algorithms and functions for a highly efficient processing and analyzing of video streams
Preform benchmarkings displaying the performance and capabilities of the algorithms and code developed
Help Implementing the developed code into the core product, in close collaboration with our software developers and data scientists
