Work­ing field:

Zendesk is look­ing for a smart and cre­at­ive Mar­ket­ing work­ing stu­dent or intern to join us in our Ber­lin office. You will work closely with our Cent­ral & EMEA Mar­ket­ing team to sup­port activ­it­ies, cam­paigns and ini­ti­at­ives across our DACH region!



What you get to do every day:

Help us deliver great Mar­ket­ing cam­paigns in the DACH region: Learn the full Mar­ket­ing Mix and execut­ing cam­paigns from start to fin­ish

Events: Become a Cer­tain Event Tool expert, set up events regis­tra­tion pages, man­age regis­tra­tions, organ­ise and help man­age events on-site.

Mar­ket­ing auto­ma­tion & track­ing: man­age list uploads, enhan­cing & cleans­ing of lists from all Mar­ket­ing activ­it­ies, such as Dir­ect Mail cam­paigns, events, etc.

Swag & Give Aways: research, order and send out swag & give aways, e.g.for events

Mar­ket­ing pro­cure­ment sup­port: hand in and mon­itor con­tract reviews, PO orders & invoicing with our Mar­ket­ing sup­pli­ers

Office man­age­ment sup­port: help make the Ber­lin office a great place to work

CSR: execute and man­age Cor­por­ate Social Respons­ib­il­ity Pro­grams in Ger­many

Develop the skills to become a tech mar­keter

Learn the pro­cess of run­ning cam­paigns from start to fin­ish

Require­ments:

What you bring to the role:

Pas­sion­ate and driven about Mar­ket­ing, cloud based tech­no­logy, B2B busi­ness, tech­no­logy trends

Cre­ativ­ity and con­fid­ence to try & test new ideas

Col­lab­or­at­ive, upbeat, and a fast learner will­ing to jump in to our team, fast-paced pro­jects and have fun

Stam­ina and drive to always push your­self to improve and innov­ate

Pro-act­ive & hands-on approach

Com­pleted first 3 semesters of your busi­ness or Mar­ket­ing degree or another sub­ject

Microsoft Office, Mac & Google Suite pro­fi­cient

Ger­man and Eng­lish speak­ing

We are look­ing for someone who can spend at least 6 months with us, it could be a sole intern­ship or work­ing stu­dent pos­i­tion or a mix of both.
