The Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin für Materialien und Energie (HZB) researches complex material systems for an environmentally friendly and sustainable energy supply of the future. Student employee Strategic Personnel Development (w/m/d)

Working field:

We, the Personnel Development Team, are looking for a committed student support who will help us to
  • implement our numerous in-house qualification measures (online and on-site). This includes arrangements with the trainers and participants, technical support and follow-up.
  • ensure the quality of our activities. This includes regularly surveying the existing qualification needs, evaluating the evaluation forms and preparing them graphically, or compiling statistics for our various report.
  • to develop our offers in the field of digital learning.
  • prepare suitable language courses (English and German, online and on-site) for all HZB staff and provide organisational support in cooperation with the language school.

Requirements:

  • min. undergraduate degree (BA or equivalent)
  • first experience in personnel development, adult education or similar
  • experience in event organisation
  • high interest in digital technologies
  • pragmatic and proactive approach to work
  • interest in statistical evaluations and their design
  • very good knowledge of German and English

Fixed term contract for 12 months. The position is a part-time position with max. 20 hours a week. The salary is based on the Collective Agreement for the German Public Service (TVöD-Bund).
