The Institutes research and teaching activities include electronic design automation through the development of algorithms, methods and software tools. The focus of your work will be the development of methods and data formats for the design of distributed manufactured systems (split manufacturing) as part of a research project. The main tasks to be solved in a team are: Realization of a modular design flow for such systems by configuration and combination of existing and new design tools; prototypical development of specific design tools and data formats as parts of this flow; Preparation of a concept for a multi-process design kit (MPDK) and associated design rules.
Applications from women are particularly welcome. The same applies to people with disabilities.
