WERKSTU­DENT (M/F/X) @ B2C HEALTH-TECH VEN­TURE (STEALTH)

Join a VC-fun­ded star­tup and sup­port us build­ing oper­a­tions, cus­tom­ers suc­cess, mar­ket­ing, and/or UX Research

Working field:

As a Work­ing Stu­dent (m/f/x) you will join the team part-time for at least 3 months. Depend­ing on your interests and skills you can con­trib­ute in one of three key func­tions: Oper­a­tions, Cus­tomer Suc­cess, and Hir­ing. You will work with great inde­pend­ence and own­er­ship to sup­port the team and drive our com­pany's suc­cess­ful mar­ket entry. Besides lever­aging your skills, you love to roll up your sleeves and work with the team on all oper­a­tional tasks. Your motiv­a­tion, tal­ent, cre­ativ­ity, and “can-do” atti­tude are mis­sion crit­ical.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Oper­a­tions
  • Oper­ate and improve our audio-visual con­tent cre­ation pro­cess
  • Sup­port the search for a new office/stu­dio space
  • Sup­port the founders in com­pany build­ing and plan­ning of team activ­it­ies
Cus­tomer Suc­cess
  • Talk to our users make sure that they get the best exper­i­ence pos­sible
  • Fol­low up on chal­lenges our users were facing and develop ideas how to pre­vent them
  • Cre­ate instruc­tions and tutori­als so that our users can smoothly nav­ig­ate through our plat­form
Mar­ket­ing
  • Ana­lyze the mar­ket envir­on­ment and con­duct com­pet­it­ive research
  • Test, identify and define the best tac­tics to build every step of the acquis­i­tion fun­nel
  • Plan and pri­or­it­ize mar­ket­ing cam­paigns across all rel­ev­ant plat­forms and chan­nels
UX Research
  • Sup­port and tran­script, and eval­u­ate qual­it­at­ive and quant­it­at­ive user research
  • Present and social­ize the research find­ings to our team
  • Act as thought part­ner to the founder team, build­ing the product strategy and roadmap

Requirements:

  • You have com­pleted your first few semesters at uni­versity, ideally study­ing with a focus on busi­ness, com­mu­nic­a­tion sci­ence, media, medi­cine, sports sci­ence, or a related field
  • You are an excel­lent organ­izer with out­stand­ing ana­lyt­ical skills, you can man­age mul­tiple tasks in par­al­lel and can rap­idly iter­ate
  • You want to make a dif­fer­ence and you like to work on solu­tions that improve peoples’ health and qual­ity of life and have a pos­it­ive impact on soci­ety
  • Ideally, you have exper­i­ence and a deep interest in health, fit­ness, longev­ity, coach­ing, com­munity, life-long learn­ing, mind­ful­ness, etc.
  • Flu­ency in Ger­man and Eng­lish is required
  • Ideally, you already have exper­i­ence in oper­a­tions, cus­tomer suc­cess, or recruit­ing/tal­ent oper­a­tions
