ABOUT THE JOB…
As Junior Product Man­ager EMEA (f/m) you will be the expert within a defined product cat­egory. You will be respons­ible for sup­port­ing the defin­i­tion of product con­cepts based on life-cycle-man­age­ment, innov­a­tion needs and gap filling strategies and report dir­ectly to the Head of Gas & Elec­tric EMEA.

The respons­ib­il­it­ies include:
  • Sup­port­ing the pre­par­a­tion of product plans;
  • Man­aging the front end pro­cess to ensure the product devel­op­ment pipeline sup­ports future growth object­ives;
  • Plan­ning, coordin­at­ing and imple­ment­ing of strategies for new and exist­ing products;
  • Driv­ing the product devel­op­ment pro­cess and work­ing with Weber US and design agen­cies to refine style and design of new and exist­ing products;
  • Man­aging research require­ment for cur­rent products and future con­cepts;
  • Sup­port­ing the sales and mar­ket­ing team to develop mar­ket­ing cam­paigns, POS dis­play ideas, cross mer­chand­ising pro­grams and pack­aging;
  • Sup­port­ing the sales team to develop and mon­itor fore­casts;
  • Com­mu­nic­at­ing product changes to all areas of the busi­ness;
  • Mon­it­or­ing com­pet­itor activ­it­ies.

Require­ments:

ABOUT YOU…
You are a com­mit­ted, reli­able and self-motiv­ated per­son with a hands-on men­tal­ity and excel­lent com­mu­nic­a­tion skills. You are cre­at­ive and able to think out­side the box to advance Weber’s vis­ion. Enjoy­ing to work in an inter­na­tional envir­on­ment along with strong integ­rity is a must.

YOU…
  • Have a tech­nical or busi­ness uni­versity degree and first exper­i­ence in the field of product man­age­ment– ideally gained in an inter­na­tional envir­on­ment;
  • Have very good ana­lyt­ical skills as well as prob­lem solv­ing abil­it­ies;
  • Have good organ­iz­a­tional skills and a struc­tured way of work­ing;
  • Can work inde­pend­ently and in a team, set your pri­or­it­ies and can meet tight dead­lines;
  • Have good com­puter skills, espe­cially in MS Office;
  • Have excel­lent Eng­lish skills in speak­ing and writ­ing;
  • Have the abil­ity to travel;
  • Love to bar­be­cue and to pro­mote the fant­astic Weber life­style we cre­ate every day.
