Work­ing field:

We are look­ing for a Work­ing Stu­dent HR & Recruit­ing (f/m/x) for our Ber­lin office who will sup­port our team in terms of admin and coordin­a­tion. In this role, you can gain first or deeper exper­i­ence within Human Resources, take over respons­ib­il­it­ies for own pro­jects and work together dir­ectly with our P&O (People & Organ­iz­a­tion) Lead to make sure our employ­ees are enabled to strive.

Your Mis­sion

  • Optim­ize our internal HR doc­u­ment­a­tion struc­ture and sup­port us in devel­op­ing new HR ser­vice pro­cesses
  • Provide sup­port in our admin­is­trat­ive day-to-day busi­ness, e.g. pre­par­a­tion of employee doc­u­ments, main­ten­ance of per­son­nel files and data
  • Take over respons­ib­il­ity for recruit­ing coordin­a­tion
  • Sup­port the devel­op­ment of an excel­lent can­did­ate exper­i­ence
  • Act­ively par­ti­cip­ate in the on- and off­board­ing pro­cesses of employ­ees.
  • Inde­pend­ent takeover of research tasks and smal­ler pro­jects for example in the area of employer brand­ing


  • You are cur­rently enrolled in a Bach­elor or Mas­ter pro­gram in Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion, HR, Psy­cho­logy or a related sub­ject
  • First work­ing exper­i­ence from intern­ships/stu­dent jobs in HR is wel­come
  • You come with a genu­ine interest in HR and organ­iz­a­tional top­ics and pleas­ure in deal­ing with people.
  • A curi­ous mind with a strong sense of respons­ib­il­ity and own­er­ship allows you to take over pro­jects inde­pently.
  • A nat­ural drive to roll up your sleeves and get things done pushes the whole team for­ward.
  • A pro-act­ive and solu­tion-ori­ented work style makes it easy and fun to work with you.
  • Very good com­mand of Ger­man and Eng­lish verbally as well as in writ­ten com­mu­nic­a­tion.
