The DAI-Labor (Distributed Artificial Intelligence Laboratories) and the Agent Technologies chair of the “Technische Universität Berlin” under the leadership of Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Dr. h.c. Sahin Albayrak are involved in research and development in the area of smart systems and smart services since 1992. In the scope of the AI4EU project, the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Group is looking for a motivitated researcher focusing on artificial intelligence, computational linguistics, and explainability.

Work­ing field:

  • Developing systems in the scope of research projects
  • Scientific work and publishing
  • Supervision of students in the research project and theses


  • Successfully completed university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) in computer science or equivalent
  • Knowledge in computational linguistics and natural language processing
  • Experience with deep learning architectures
  • Knowledge in Python and R as well as experience with word embeddings and transformers
  • Good command of German and English
