We are a Ber­lin-based start-up hel­ping hos­pi­tals to enter the digi­tal age. We are cur­r­ently loo­king for a working stu­dent to sup­port us crea­ting state-of-the-art NLP solu­ti­ons.

Work­ing Stu­dent (X/F/M): Machine Learn­ing in Health­care

13€/h, Ber­lin / Neuk­ölln

Working field:

Apply your machine learn­ing know­ledge to prac­tical tasks in health tech (crawl­ing and pre­par­ing data, val­id­at­ing annota­tions, con­trib­ut­ing to our code base, train­ing NLP mod­els).

Requirements:

  • you are excited about learn­ing new things
  • you would like to work with a Python-cent­ric tech stack (pan­das, tf, pyt­orch, pytest, fastapi,..)
  • you have solid cod­ing skills and first exper­i­ences with machine learn­ing lib­rar­ies
  • (bonus) you have exper­i­ence with NLP-related prob­lem state­ments
  • you can speak Ger­man or Eng­lish - some Ger­man could be handy since most of our data con­sist of Ger­man med­ical texts
  • you are able to work from our office in Ber­lin Neuk­ölln (at least in the begin­ning, remote work might be pos­sible once you're onboarded)
