Requirements:

  • You are an enrolled full-time stu­dent, ideally in busi­ness admin­is­tra­tion, human resources, psy­cho­logy, man­age­ment or equi­val­ent.  

  • You are flu­ent in Eng­lish and Ger­man and have excel­lent com­mu­nic­a­tion skills (writ­ten and oral).

  • You have a keen interest in human resources and are a ser­vice-minded indi­vidual, highly organ­ized, effi­cient and inquis­it­ive, and enjoy find­ing cre­at­ive approaches to prob­lems.

  • You have a basic know­ledge on DE labor law (nice to have).

  • You bring an open mind­set and respons­ib­il­ity for achiev­ing res­ults.  

  • You are a team player and want to con­trib­ute to con­tinu­ous pro­cess optim­iz­a­tion by con­stantly ques­tion­ing the status quo, find­ing cre­at­ive solu­tions to con­stantly improve, and liais­ing with our man­agers (e.g. Feed­back, HRIS) regard­ing reten­tion and sat­is­fac­tion.

  • Exper­i­ence in the fol­low­ing top­ics is an advant­age: onboard­ing, employer brand­ing, employee rela­tions, learn­ing & devel­op­ment.
