At Ste­non we are on a mis­sion to demo­crat­ize soil data. We have become the glo­bal mar­ket lea­der in real-time, digi­tal soil data that is totally labor­at­ory inde­pend­ent. This pro­vi­des farm­ers with essen­tial data to make opti­mal and sus­tain­able cul­tiv­a­tion decisi­ons, boost­ing yield, crop qual­ity, and soil health while sav­ing money on inputs.

We are look­ing for a motiv­ated work­ing stu­dent on a 20h/week basis to sup­port our Senior Fin­ance Man­ager in the fur­ther devel­op­ment of the Fin­ance depart­ment.

Work­ing Stu­dent Fin­ance (m/f/d)

Working field:

  • Sup­port with invoi­cing, invoice veri­fic­a­tion, and accounts receiv­able and accounts pay­able
  • Con­tri­bu­tion to the pre­par­a­tion of mon­thly, quar­terly, and annual fin­an­cial state­ments
  • Take over pro­jects and man­age them on your own respons­ib­il­ity
  • Pre­par­a­tion of the liquid­ity ana­lysis and inves­tor report­ing
  • Sup­port in the optim­iz­a­tion of fin­ance pro­ces­ses
  • Take on gen­eral admin­is­trat­ive tasks

Requirements:

  • A stu­dent in the field of fin­ance, eco­nom­ics, or a sim­ilar with a focus on account­ing and con­trol­ling
  • High-qual­ity stand­ards and have a struc­tured and ana­lyt­ical mind­set
  • A real team player, show ini­ti­at­ive, and enjoy tak­ing on respons­ib­il­ity
  • Great know­ledge of Google she­ets/ Micro­soft excel
  • Prior exper­i­ence in a sim­ilar pos­i­tion wit­hin a start-up or grow­ing organ­iz­a­tion is a plus
  • Very good writ­ten and spo­ken Ger­man and Eng­lish
