We’re looking for Working Students at 20h/week who can stay with us for 8 months or more.

Working Student – Sales, Operations, Business Development (all genders)

Working field:

  • You support our Sales & Account Management Team in the onboarding of newly acquired customers (home building vendors) and thus ensure the perfect service experience for our partners. You communicate independently with the customers and are responsible for the creation of vendor profiles on our domains, among other things
  • You are available as a contact person for our partners and deal with their requests independently. This could be product questions, questions about invoices or requests for changes to vendor profiles
  • You prepare training courses, webinars and email campaigns for our existing customers and their sales partners
  • You will be responsible for the preparation of sales campaigns – from the conception, preparation of leads and the drafting of mails to the set-up in the CRM and the design of the sales process
  • You support important strategic sales projects through, for example, competitive analysis


  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree
  • Fluent in both English and German
  • You have excellent analytical skills and solve problems in a creative and structured way
  • You are very structured, detail-oriented, and push for high quality work results
  • You have a positive can-do attitude, love what you do and own it
  • You can easily acquaint yourself with new topics and enjoy new challenges every day
  • You are a strong team player with a kind personality and the ability to achieve goals collaboratively
  • You’re familiar with MS Office or Google Workspace
  • An interest in the construction and real estate sector would be a plus!
