We're building Europe's fastest used car delivery network, connecting freelance drivers with car buyers to enable 2-day delivery, compared to the industry standard of 7–20 days. Working Student – Operations, Berlin

Our core value is that we're a young talent factory giving opportunities to shine for young ambitious professionals. The working student gets involved in real operations from day one and doesn't get lost in back office work. We've designed it as an accelerator, not an internship and a path to excel at operations and management within modern companies.

Tasks:

This isn't your typical student job where you update spreadsheets and grab coffee. You'll work directly in the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing startup which has real impact on our delivery quality and customer satisfaction in Germany.

What you'll do:

  • Support daily transport operations in Germany — coordinate deliveries and monitor execution quality
  • Communicate directly with drivers and customers
  • Solve real-time operational problems — no two days are the same
  • Work closely with our Operations Lead and the central operations team
  • Help improve processes, strategy, workflows, and tools
  • Support driver onboarding and network building

Requirements:

What we're looking for

  • Enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's)
  • Native or near-native German (min. C1) and fluent English
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
  • Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented
  • Interest in startups and fast-paced environments (interest in logistics considered a plus)
  • Motivation to learn, grow, and take on responsibility – no specific experience needed
