Startup Growth & Community Intern (Mandatory Internship, Berlin-Based, Unpaid)

Remote

Want to gain hands-on experience in social media, marketing and community-building at an early-stage startup?

Working field:

  • Business Development & Startups

Requirements:

  • Berlin-based – While day-to-day work is remote, you should be able to attend events, filming, and community interactions in person when needed.
  • Strong German and English skills – You can communicate fluently.
  • Social wizard – You love engaging with people and building a community.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – You don’t wait for tasks, you create opportunities.
  • Hands-on mentality – You’re not just looking for a job, you want to take ownership.
  • Confident with TikTok, Instagram, and Gen Z trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in community management, social media, marketing, or event planning (not required but a plus).
  • First experience in sales, sponsorships, or partnerships is a bonus.
