Finance Manager
Working field:
Compliance with German Accounting Standards: Ensure all financial activities align with HGB, providing accurate and timely entries in the company’s books to support monthly and yearly closings.
Tax Compliance and Optimization: Assist with accurate and timely tax filing, including identifying and implementing optimization strategies to minimize liabilities.
Maintain Positive Cash Flow: Establish robust processes for accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments to sustain a healthy cash flow position.
Optimize Receivables: Implement systems to reduce average days outstanding for accounts receivable, enhancing invoicing and collection efficiency.
Enhance Financial Transparency: Deliver detailed financial reports that promote clarity and inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Accounting Expertise: Extensive knowledge of accounts payable and receivable practices and a thorough understanding of German accounting standards (HGB).
Tax and Compliance Knowledge: Expertise in monthly/yearly closings and tax filings, with a focus on compliance and optimization opportunities.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in maintaining financial records and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Sense of Urgency: Skills in streamlining and automating financial processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to resolve discrepancies in accounts and continuously enhance financial operations.
