This position is part of a DFG-funded project on visual proteomics of Mycoplasma pneumoniae using advanced photocrosslinking mass spectrometry (crosslinking MS). The project aims to map protein-protein interactions in situ, interpret these interactions in the context of cellular structure, and explore their relevance for cellular mechanisms including those affected by antibiotics and other protein-targeting small molecules.
