Student assistant in research management (m/f/d)

Working field:

Key responsibilities:

  • creating online surveys, analysing survey data and reporting results
  • contributing to the management of scientific project data and development of structured knowledge resources
  • assisting with the preparation of scientific reports and other project outputs
  • collating and synthesising project partner progress reports
  • supporting the coordination of meetings and events (online/hybrid/in person)
  • enhancing coherent internal and external project communications

Requirements:

You are a Bachelor or Master student, enrolled at a German university, and ide-ally meet the following requirements:

  • background in research management, project management, science commu-nication, environmental science, geography, computer science, social science, political science, international development, ecology, economics or related fields
  • general knowledge of research in climate, health and/or evidence synthesis
  • training or experience in project management, communications, copy editing, and/or event coordination is an advantage
  • Experience working in or with low or middle income (LMICs) countries, espe-cially in sub-Saharan Africa, is an advantage
